The problem

Happy customers mean to leave a review and forget. The ones who remember on their own are usually upset. Asking every customer, every time, is how the number moves.

How it works

  1. You mark the job done.
  2. The customer gets a text and an email with a one-tap link to your Google review page.
  3. One reminder goes out if they haven't left one.
  4. Four- and five-star reviews get a thank-you reply in your voice. Anything lower comes to you and is never answered automatically.

What you get

Questions owners ask

Is it OK to ask for reviews?

Yes. Google is fine with asking every customer. What it bans is paying for reviews or only asking the happy ones, so the ask goes to everyone.

Will it reply to a bad review?

No. Those come straight to you.

Does the customer have to log in somewhere?

Only to Google, which they already have. The link opens your review box directly.
