Online booking and appointment reminders
Customers pick a time from your website, get a confirmation right away, and get reminded before they show up.
The problem
Phone tag eats the week, and every no-show costs you the slot and usually the drive. Most of it goes away when people can book themselves and get reminded.
How it works
- A booking page that only shows the times you're actually free, synced with your Google Calendar.
- The customer gets a confirmation by text and email the moment they book.
- A reminder goes out the day before and again an hour before.
- If they cancel, the reminders stop. If they no-show, they get a "want to rebook?" text and email a few minutes later.
What you get
- A booking page or a calendar right on your site
- Two-way sync with your calendar, so nobody books over a busy time
- Confirmations and two reminders
- A rebook message after a no-show
- An alert to you when someone cancels
Questions owners ask
Does it work with my Google Calendar?
Yes. It checks your calendar for busy times before it offers a slot, and new bookings land on it.
Can people book times I don't want?
No. You set your hours, how long each appointment runs and how much space you want between them.
Do my customers need an app?
No. It's a link or a calendar on your site. They tap a time and they're done.
Who builds it
