Questions owners ask
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your customers keep calling the number they already have. Unanswered calls forward to a local number I set up, and that number sends the text. Moving your main number over is an option, never a requirement.
Is a robot answering my phone?
No. Your phone rings like it always does. The text only goes out when nobody picks up, and you approve what it says.
What about texting rules?
Business texting has to be registered with the carriers under your business name. I walk you through it with the answers ready, and the text only ever goes to someone who just called you.
