Zulvan / AI automation in Solon

AI automation · Solon, Ohio

AI automation for small businesses in Solon.

Zulvan is based in Solon. I set up AI that takes the office work off your plate: sorting email, handling paperwork, chasing follow-ups, and answering your team's questions from your own files.

I grew up in Glenwillow and went to Solon City Schools, class of 2019. I'll meet you at your office, and the last one I built took a job from an hour a night to about 2 minutes.

What AI can take off your desk

What can AI take off a Solon business owner’s desk?

Email

Incoming mail gets sorted, the urgent ones get flagged, and replies come back drafted for you to check and send.

Paperwork

PDFs, invoices and forms get read, the details get pulled out, and the files land where they belong.

Follow-ups and reminders

Leads, estimates, appointments and overdue invoices get followed up on time, and nobody has to remember to do it.

An assistant that knows your business

Your team asks a question and gets the answer from your own documents, with the source.

Missed calls

A caller you couldn’t pick up for gets a text back within a minute. How that works

Your team, trained

I set up the AI you already pay for, including Copilot if you’re on Microsoft 365, and teach your staff to use it without leaking anything.

Running right now

Built once, handed over, still running.

Field sales

A rep's next-day route

Planning tomorrow took an hour by hand every night. Now it takes about 2 minutes, measured before and after.

Real estate

A home-buying team's lead desk

Seller leads come in scored and sorted before anyone picks up the phone. 401 addresses graded off street photos in one pass.

How it works

Three steps. You barely touch it.

STEP 01

A free 30-minute call

Tell me about the job that eats your week. That's all I need to start.

STEP 02

I come to your office

I watch how it gets done today. You get a fixed price for one small pilot before any work starts.

STEP 03

It's handed over running

I build it, test it with your team and hand it over. The accounts are in your name.

Before you book

Questions owners ask.

What should I automate first?

The job somebody in your office re-does by hand every week. Start with one small pilot, watch it work, then decide on the next one.

How much does AI automation cost for a small business?

It depends on the job. You get a fixed price after the free call, before any work starts.

Do you come to my office?

Yes. I’m in Solon, so a sit-down at your office or a coffee on Aurora Road is easy. Clients across Cleveland, Twinsburg and Akron get the same, and the rest can happen remotely.

Will it work with the software I already use?

Usually, yes. I build around what you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your CRM. Nothing gets replaced unless you want it replaced.

Is my business data safe?

The accounts stay in your name. I use the business versions of the AI tools and turn off training on your data wherever the tool allows it.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. It takes the repeat work off their plate so they spend their time on the part that needs a person.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. You tell me how the work gets done today. I handle the rest and walk your team through it at the end.

Send me the thing you re-do every morning.

Three quick questions, then pick a time. Thirty minutes, free. I'll show you exactly how it gets built and what your morning looks like without it.
